What should I bring to my first visit?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. If you have imaging, reports, or relevant medical information, you can bring those as well.
Do you accept insurance?
You can use insurance, but Ascend does not bill insurance directly. This allows the clinic to focus on one-on-one care and your results.
